First off, it's not period. Ha. And it just started happening. I would be happy a moment and then something happens and I just feel like I could break down.
Like at volleyball, I messed up and I felt like I was just going to break down and start crying. I was so upset and I had like, no more energy and I just wanted to go home and lay on the couch the whole day. It's happened before.
This has been going on for like, a month. And normally I'm not like this. I get sad when something bad happens. But now the tiniest things set me off.
