Weird little zit-like things on my thighs and back of arms.?

Idk what it is,but i can pop them,and white stuff comes out...almost like a pimple.But it's not.Went to the doctor a long time ago for them,but all he had to say was "oh it's nothing to worry about".
but I want to be less self-conscience.Any home remedies to get rid of these weird blemishes?Do you know what it is??
