Weird little brown thing on/in my dog?!?

Alright! My dog has a little brown thing which at first i thought was on his skin just above his eye (Some sorta seed etc!) Been there for about 3 days now maybe, checking it out this morning and it looks like it's in his skin too! It's rather small, brown and almost looks like a raisin (Soft to the touch... Ooo cheeky) Does anyone have any idea what it is? Bug, seed?, anything else?! Thanks! I'll try and find the bloody camera around the house to post a picture of it. Don't want to fiddle with it anymore without some info! (Go go gadget vet?) Thanks again!

Its probsbly a tick. Try soaking a paper towel in rubbing alcohol (please dont get it in his eye) they tick should release the skin. If he doesnt take him to the vet. To find out what it is.
