Weird Headaches that feel like "a stampede" inside head: What's going on?!?

Soooo... my best friend gets these really weird headaches that he won't see a doctor or do any research about... and that's where I come in lol
Anyway, here are some symptoms he's given me before:
~maybe not necessarily a head "Ache" but it's more a highly uncomfortable sensation
~feels like"a stampede of horses within his head" (-->so maybe an intense sort of pulsation?)
~room feels like it's spinning/dizziness
~~lightheaded
~emotional feelings of impending doom

Also, he says that this has been going on ever since he was a kid, and that the sensation just sneaks up on him and he has to lie down.
Any doctors out there?? or anyone who has had these symptoms??

I'm not sure exactly what would cause those symptoms. Dizziness and Lightheadedness can be caused by any number of things. The only thing that isn't as normal is the feeling of impending doom. I was on the WebMD Symptom checker kind of trying to figure out a few of my million little problems and saw that as a symptom and thought: "Wow. That's a symptom of something?" So, I guess you can try there and see what you get. I really hope it helps!!
