I've had this weird feeling while falling asleep,I've gotten them before but its more recent now. Sometimes while laying on my back it feels like i start to sink and its not the feeling you get when you feel your falling,but I'm not fully asleep. Also while sleeping I have dreams where things begin to shrink and grow,or if I'm holding something (like my phone or the remote) while falling asleep it feels like they start to grow and shrink...is this normal? If so what is it? and if not, still what is it?
