weird feeling in my heart?

i have already asked this question today but haven't really had an answer. i am having chest discomfort slightly painful sometimes. it is to the left and up about 2 cm from my sternum. in the past fortnight i had a painful attack in my heart that lasted about one hour i also had odd feelings in my left arm it felt weak. but since yesterday morning i have had this discomfort it isn't constant it comes every two-three minutes and last 45 seconds then fades away then comes back. two years ago i had a very bad attack that i thought may have been a heart attack but i was only 14 at the time so couldn't do anything. i get palpitations sometimes but if you think you know what this is i would appreciate it. i have told my mother and she said if it gets worse that she will take me to the er
 
either you are having PVCs or a heart "episode" or you are in love.
I suffer from PVCs.
do you drink a lot of caffeine? It will make it more often.

Need to go the doctor to see what is the problem because if still pain and keep feeling weird then see doctor or the er if really bad and can't be patient then just go to doctor/er immediately before it get worse.
