Okay I have this weird feeling in the center of my chest that is kinda hard to explain. Ive had it for three days now. It occurs litterally every 5-10 mins. Every time it happens I feel like there is something making it hard to breathe for like a second and then it feels like movement and my heart beats. This lasts for two seconds. Is this normal? Has it ever happened to anyone? I made an appointment wit hmy doctor to see whats goin on.. im 14 btw so idk??

noo panic attack. actually these past couple of days ive been mentally fine and calm. so i dont think its a mental condition though. and wen i excercise it doesnt affect it in anyway and my breathing is normal.
