Hi,
I had a very strange thing happen at work yesterday. It was getting close to lunchtime and I was feeling hungry, when all of a sudden I came over all faint and dizzy and feeling like I was going to be sick. I went to the bathroom just in case, but nothing happened. Thinking it was probably because I needed to eat, as I often feel a little shaky if I haven't eaten, I had my lunch, but I couldn't shake this feeling of faintness and I was sent home for the day.
This has never happened before, but some factors in my life have changed recently and I wondered if they might be the cause? I never used to get much exercise other than walking to work and back. I moved last month and now cycle 4.5miles there and back again every day (I can't drive). I wondered if this sudden increase in activity could mean I need to eat more, and therefore my dizzy spell was caused by not having eaten enough?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
