weird dreams..i need some help?

okay so the past few night ive been having this weird dream that im pregnant with twins and my that my baby fathers brothers girlfriend is going to have a little girl. im 6 weeks pregnant and she is 8 weeks pregnant. does this mean that i could be pregnant with twins and shes pregnant with a girl??

has this happend to anyone and it was acutally true??
 
Your dreams are manifestations of your sub conscious meaning it could be nothing or it could be fear or worry of being pregnant
