weird dream but i got a question?

I had a dream the world was coming to an end and i was home during summer break from college and when hanging out with friends the dogs went crazy and ran away then a super thunderstorm came and bolts were striking the ground and reflected up to the sky and got higher and higher. Eventually, the last bolt hit the sky and then a gold bright light flashed over the sky as the world became engulpehed in a whirl pool and every1 was running while others stopped and said they found the meaning to life and cures for diseases and then a man waled around killing people. This was a day dream but it scared the shit out of me.

Any ideas and do thunderbolts actually bounce up after hitting?
 
Ha ha have you seen War of the Worlds? Just wondering. Oddly, I've had a dream about the world coming to an end during summer break as well. I think that may symbolize that your life as it is right now (school) comes to an end during summer break. This is a really weird dream....go to a dream interpretting website.
