WEIRD DREAM...AWAKE IN IT WTHHH???

I've been thinking about how the world could all just be an illusion of our minds and weird stuff wondering why we're here...anyway, last night I went to bed and had a dream that I was awake in. I was conscious, could sort of feel vibrations as movement in my arms. The dream was me in a road, then being lifted up, forced hands up, lifted into the sky and avoice saying you will meet God???? Then it said once you leave the soul there is no turning back, I felt myself getting higher and higher, screaming to get back down,...so scary! Then I kept saying I'm dreaming, I'm dreaming...and I closed my eyes, and woke up??? Could this be from worrying about what happens after death and being paranoid? But more importantly, is this a lucid dream or whatever? Because I was totally aware and awake in this dream...maddd scary, but kinda cool lol. I would like for it not to happen again
