Weird Dog behaviour anyone look?

ok so my family went on vacation and i was left because i had to work. now im also watching my dog. he was fine until about 4 days later he started acting very strange. he kept acting extremely hyper, biting things (he almost never does) as if he's trying to get my attention and seems over affectionate. he won't sleep when its time for bed and he actually tried humping my leg and i had to kick him off multiple times (disgusting i know you don't need to tell me). he is a male i don't know if that makes a difference.

now is it because he is depressed that his master (my little brother) is away and he's depressed

or could it be that he's just under-exercised or is in heat or something?

please anything would help
