I am actually really good with computers as I grew up with my brother who is now a computer technician who owns his own business, but this latest problem has me baffled. Just my regular xp computer. When it starts up it would go to the usual gateway start up screen, then click to the windows start up screen, and then click to the blue sign in screen. But now all of a sudden, it goes to the gateway screen and clicks to a black screen. Nothing, just back, and stays like this for up to an hour and a half. Then suddenly click to the blue sing in screen. It's is a clean well maintained computer. Has all the updates and virus software and all that good stuff. Any idea's to what my problem could be?? Anything would help!! Thanks So Much!
