I'm trying to fix a computer where the internet explorer will work in safe mode however it will not work in any of the user profiles. I have uninstalled/ reinstalled internet explorer. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the network drivers. I even tried installing firefox and the same thing happen it would work in safe mode but not anywhere else. I created a new profile and gave it full admin rights to check to see if there was a problem with the main profile they were using but the same thing happens it just will not work. Im am just about out of ideas on what to try to fix it.
