Alright so i just logged on to my computer today and the first thing that pops up is that my windows explorer has stopped working. Not only that there is not bar at the bottom or desktop icons. its just a blank screen. I restarted my computer, didnt work. The only time it ever shows the icons or the bar is when i put in safe mode. could someone please tell me whats going on and provide a link to fix it?
