Weird computer problem?

Sometimes when Im online, Internet Explorer will act as if its not reponding and a million gazillion new IE pages will pop up on my screen one by one, not allowing me to stop them from popping up. Once it got up to over 100 and I just had to turn my computer off. I dont think its a virus...I think it might have something to do with Vista? But really I have no idea...I think my computer is really sick because sometimes I get the blue screen of death...What can I do about It (besides pay someone a bunch of money to fix it) and what does it mean???
 
you do have a virus, hope you have a antivirus program.. if not , get one, if so, run the program in safe mode to access the most files,, start, run, type msconfig, go the the tab boot ini, and select safe mode, when it restarts in the safe mode run your program, and then select the original boot, then restart, you will be in normal. to check for malware installed go to run type in mrt and then it will check your computer for malware,.
