Hi there. I posted this question a few days ago but now something new has happened and I want to see if anyone has had this before.
I took clomid 100mg. I took it on days 4-9. Then on CD16-18 I had a lot of cramping and very bloated, just like I would have if i was on my period. By CD19 it is was gone and i felt a lot better. So is it normal to have that when taking clomid? And does that mean that i was possibly ovulating or fixing to? (I took clomid 50mg a couple months ago and it was a totally different experience than this.)
No I didn't use a OPK and I know that I probably should have. And please don't bother to tell me to consult my doctor about it, I know that already and if I was really worried about it I would. I am just wondering if those of you who have taken clomid before have had any symptoms like mine.
Now something new has happened. For years now I would get this sharp pain in my tailbone, it would come about once a month, usually about a week or so before my period. And it would never last for more than a few seconds, so I thought it just had something to do with my period or something. Well yesterday on CD21, I was getting in the car with my husband and the pain hit me. It was so bad that i couldn't even get out of the car! It hurt to sit, stand, etc and lasted for about an hour. It finally went away and it hasn't come back since.
Like I said the pain feels like its inside, on my tailbone. No I haven't done anything out of the ordinary that might have injured me. And yes I do plan on calling my doctor on Monday. Any thoughts? Could it be the clomid?
