Ok so I am only 13. I just now got this weird feeling in my chest. It started out in my right said of my chest and through my back,and up into my throat. And it will kind of spread down to my belly button,and to my left side,and then back. It is sort of scaring me,so please tell me if I should be concerned or not. Some say this is heart burn....is it? Also it is getting a little harder to breath and swallow...and people say this could also be anxiety? But Im not worried about anything right now? SO PLEASE HELP?!?!
