Weird chest pain when I was sleeping?

Last night, I had this weird stabbing pain in the upper-left part of my chest...it woke me up (it was around 6 am). I wasn't too alarmed, though it could have been because I was half asleep...I also noticed that at the same time, my left arm was asleep/numb...It was weird too, like when its asleep it has tinglies, but this was just plain numb...I'm not too sure what to think about it, and it didn't last long (like 5 minutes), but I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone or if anyone has any thoughts on it?
Other details: I'm only 19, I've never had any heart trouble or panic attacks before, but since I was sleeping, I don't think that's what it is.
