I have purple bumps on my arms and legs, in the light there purple but in the regular light (in a house) there red ish. My skin is red with little raised bumps. tHERE MOSTLY ON THE BACK OF MY ARMS AND THGHS. hELP? What are they, and how can i fix them? they get worse when i scratch them!
