weird bumps on my private area please help!?

i have these bumps on my penis that look like fordyces spots i dont know exactley but their
the color of my skin with a bit of a white fade at the end and the dont hurt itch or cause any trouble and further up my penis their is a very small rash almost un-noticable that doesnt itch or cause pain but its red around the rash area. ive never had sex before but i dont know what it is!
if anyone can please help me and explain to me what these bumps and rashes i have are

I have these rashes also . also I have a white shade on my penis . hmm , ya it doesn't hurt me either

But the rashes did hurt till couple of days ago ( i think it's called jock itch )
i am not sure.
