weird bumps around base of genitals?

to start, im going to my appt at the health dept in a couple weeks for testing. im probably gonna set an appt with my reg dr so i can find out sooner. with that said, i have maybe 5-6 small bump things around the base of my genitals. i first noticed them when i would shave and it would be some, then i saw the bump. one on the right side of my scrotum LOOKs like a small wart, but wart removers wont rid of it. i thought these bumps were coming when i would shave for some reason. they dont look like warts, they actually kinda hurt if i hit them with the razor, they are skin color, no pussing or anything. any clues so i could be pre-informed?? thanksss
