Hello. This morning I woke up, and I had a stiff pain in my neck, and it was hard to move it. And, then about 30 minutes ago, I notice a large bump on my neck, a bit in the middle from the neck, and a little to my back. I'm so scared because I have NO idea what it is. It's pretty noticeable. The top part of the bump is pretty hard whereas the bottom is tender. I don't know.... Help?
