Weird bump behind my ear? Should I be worried?

A few weeks ago I had a pimple behind my ear oddly enough. And now the pimple is gone, but now there is a small bump or much to my concern, a lump. It doesn't hurt and I haven't noticed any difference in my health, but I don't know if I should have it checked out by a doctor? I'm really nervous, please help!
 
Hey, where exactly is it? Is it a lymph node? If it does not hurt or move you should get it checked. How big is it?They measure things like this by mm. Look it up. Let me know. Had a scare with my son. Prob just another pimple. HOPEFULLY!
