OK, some time ago my sister was looking at pictures on the computer.
somehow, one of the pictures ended up as like a background when i shut down, start up, or press alt.+crtl.+delete. After awhile it goes back to the normal blue background that i have on my computer.
Please help, because it is really annoying.
