Well big leaves are typical of a sativa strain. The coloring of leaves is because of a miscalculation usually when fertilizing, although yellow leaves can be a symptom of drought or over-watering, over- or under-fertilization, low light conditions, pests, and more. As far as attempting to tell you what strain of sativa it is will be nearly impossible with all the cross strains, hybrids, and even seed sold strains. I would just enjoy the bud and work on the yellowing of the leaves.
