I've been trying to improve my core, mainly my abs, and I haven't had much success. I'm about 6 foot, 140. I want more defined abs, one that protrude from my stomach. Ive used ab machines, no machines, p90x, plain crunches...etc So my question is.... is it better to do ab machines because it is weighted or should you do none-weighted ab exercises. Which have you found more effective for you.
True but that's what I've been doing. The thing is my core has gotten stronger but my abs haven't gotten bigger.
