Weight loss/overall healthy lifestyle?

I'm running 5ks 5 times a week burning 450 calories each time. I each one full meal a day with about 700 calories (healthy meal of chicken and veggies or something like that) and a smoothie (300 calories)
Ok now that you know that let me tell you what I'm trying to do. I am 15y r old a 5'10 190 lb lineman looking to get down to 180 then start adding muscle before football. I feel like I'm taking the right step but I'm not seeing very much change im my weight. If you can help me in anyway please do. Thanks
