Okay i have been watching what i have been eating and ive been eating very healthy. I want to loose at least 20lbs before June 2nd because im going on a trip and i want to look nice. I currently weigh 160 and im 5'5, 15 years old and im a girl. I really want to tone my inner thighs because thats where the fat is located. I've noticed on my jeans the material is wearing away in that particular spot. I also want to tone my arms and stomach. I thought of biking to work my legs and butt, but what else would workout/ tone the rest of my body parts? My mission is to atleast loose 2lbs a week. I need some type of motivation to stick to my goal. Also, i have a back problem called Spondylolysis, so anything that would be easy on my back would be greatly appreciated. Thank You so much. I need this so badly.
