I have struggled with anxiety and depression in the past, and finally things are under control. I take Prozac daily and Xanax as needed, and have felt my best in a long time!

I'm getting married this Deceraber, and the stress from planning is finally catching up to me. I feel like I had everything in control, but people keep making comments! I have some people who are being a little difficult or act like they do not care at all, and to be honest, it does hurt my feelings. These are my good frienRAB, so it's difficult when they don't seem happy at all. I'm doing all of the planning, including my bachelorette party, because nobody had even mentioned it. I'm just very tired and worn out! It's hard when someone tells me they are busy at work, when the rest of us have at least just as busy a schedule, plus other things outside of work to do. A lot of my family is out of town, and some of my frienRAB have been acting differently. I am lucky to have a few very supportive ones!

I was doing awesome on Prozac and have made a lot of lifestyle changes to keep me calm and relaxed, but now I'm starting to get very anxious again. My mind is always racing and I can't enjoy thing as much as I was not long ago. Does anyone have any tips about what may help in these situations? It's definitely situational and I know things will slow down again soon, but I feel very overwhelmed and panicked. I also have to get surgery in three weeks and will be out of work for a week and unable to do much, so the timing is pretty bad with that.

Thanks in advice for any help! I really don't want to have to increase my medication since I know this has to do more of what's going in my life, nothing to do with my medication. I go for regular ouside jogs, and it helps calm me down and reduce stress. Any other ideas would be greatly helpful :)
