Wedding Photography Checklist?

I am a professional photographer and will be shooting my first wedding in August. What are some questions that I should ask the bride and groom that will help me on their wedding day to be more organized? Any of you pros also and have some sort of "checklist" that you go by for consultation? Any tips and advice on how to be better organized so that things will flow better that day?
 
I can not work form a list. I find it impossible to read and be in the moment. If there are specific family members they wish to include in group shots I have them appoint someone who knows the family, like the best man, to fetch these people.
