Wedding Outdoors in August for under $5000?

I have a total budget for my wedding of $5000. This includes the venue, the dresses, tuxes, food, invites, everything. I need to figure out where I can have the outdoor ceremony and reception (preferably in the same place) in the Chicagoland Area. I already have a DJ and a photographer, and I want to have a potluck for the food, seeing as both of our families have some amazing cooks and bakers. I will probably be making the invites and decorations and favors myself, as I am a career artist, and he might be making the cake since he is a chef. We are both still in college, thus the very small budget. I was hoping for the venue price to be under $2000 for an entire day, where I can bring my own food, with lighting already provided. I don't really want to have alcohol there, but people can bring their own other than wine, which I will provide myself. Where do you think I can find a venue? Oh, also the guest list is going to be around 100-200, depending if my and his parents want to add more to our 100 person list. This is going to be taking place (hopefully) Aug 18th 2012. Any ideas? Thanks!!!

Costs so far:
$550 for my dress and all accessories
$30 for engagement photos
$20 for Wedding photos
$100 for favors and decorations (est.)
I also have to be able to bring my own food and decorations. A lot of the Chicago Park District places won't allow that, and they only allow residents of the City of Chicago to use it. I am a resident of an outer rural suburb, and he is a resident of a city on the south side. That wouldn't work for either of us. Chicago is just the closest big city to everyone. I would prefer somewhere outside of the city and outside of Cook County.
