Website subpages help html?

if the files are in the same folder, you dont have to specify the entire http address. Only specify the filename (ie office_listings.html) and it will link to that file. If the file you are linking to is in a previous folder, write ../office_listings.html, etc.
 
I"m currently using a site builder to build my website. I"ve created a few sub pages... i'm going to link an external website to one of the sub pages, Just wondering if there is anyway to make it so the external link appear under the same web design instead of having it appear in a totally different page. An example: say i have a page called "office listings" and I have added the external URL. Whenever someone click on "office listing", it directs them to the office listing, but they are not on my website anymore. what i want is when they click on "office listings", it will show the office listings, but at the same time, they are still on website and still be able to click other subpages on my page.. not sure if I'm explaining it clearly.
