webpage based - total cost calculator in html?

I would like to post a total sum calculator on my webpage.
I just want the consumer to adjust the quantity as i have preset values inside...

so lets say this:
Installation of each cabinet is $50.00 (consumer quantity)
Installation of each crown moulding $25.00 (consumer quantity)
etc etc
etc
Total cost is : $??.??

I do not need it to send copys by email or anything. Just for consumers to see their range of total cost.

if anyone can provide a sample of one? (I tried seaching for examples online, couldn't find any)
