I purchased a webcam and am trying to get it to work on skype. I only get a black screen. It works fine on my desktop computer. But on my laptop nothing. How can I check if another program is using it. The desktop has not got the media edition on it. I have checked all the settings that Skype told me too. I updated my windows live messenger a few weeks ago, and have had trouble with it freezing ever since. Any ideas?
