1. Non-existent. Only pixel size matters for images on websites, the conversion to cm/in/etc on matter for print media. And the size of the image varies from 1x1 up to 1600x1200 (and larger in some cases)

Probably not the answers that whomever wrote the test is looking for - but all correct - it is a very badly written quiz.
