web browsing on blackberry 7520

is there anything other than one of the data services pack that i need to be able to get online i ordered the ultimate pack but the browser still says it is unable to connect to the internet this is a blackberry 7520 that i bought off of ebay and put my i710 sim card in
 
you need the blackberry service and need to have your account provisioned for blackberry service.
