Weather Tab WM6 XV6700

I have been looking around for a couple days for a soultion for the weather tab on the new wm6 rom for the xv6700. I connect to Crickets server just fine, but can never update the weather. The only time it seems to work is when it is synced up with my pc. Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you in advance.
 
It sounRAB like its "jam" on the Proxy side of things (i.e Its sending the request to fetch weather but not getting it back due to the proxy being set to stealth.) If its not using Port 80 or 8080 then there is no way to fix it.

ITS BLOCKED IN THE INT THE IN THE TUBES!!! THE THE THE THE TRUCKS CANT DUMP IT OFF ANYMORE!!! THE CRICKET CRICKET PROXY IS HOOKED UP TO A SERIES OF INTERNT TUBES!
