Wear a regular bra with a sports bra?

Are you suppposed to wear a regular bra in addition to a sports bra? ive always wondered, because ive seen some of my friends do this for sports. So is this what most women do?
 
i usually just wear a sports bra, but my sister wears both, but shes a double d and im a c.... i think it depends on the size of your boobs...
 
I do simply because I'm bigger on top.
But if you get a sports bra that has cups you really don't have to wear two bras.
It just depends on how big your boobs are, and what you are comfortable with.
 
i run cross country and none of us do most people usually just wear the sports bra but its really up to you and whats comfortable
 
that's what i do. i hate the "mono-boob" that sports bras give you by themselves. they do make sports bras that have an underwire, and those are okay too. and wearing 2 bras gives you more support, especially if you have larger boobs.
