He's 11. I think this is a great war film for a younger audience...personally, I wasn't very keen but him and his mates love it. They watch it all the time.

Eh? That's not even close to the truth.

It's actually one of the better movies about Vietnam imo. No propagandistic shit that we've got so use to from the likes of Oliver Stone - just a well told, well shot, and actually well balanced film about proud men on both sides fighting for each other.
