How did our sanitized society in the west get to this point? We realize the importance of warm water and soap for cleaning germs, we wash our hands and face and take showers.......but when it comes to cleaning our rear end which is arguably dirtier than other parts of our body, we use a bit of dry toilet paper and that's it??
