both r hardworking person in forum .... they can give enough time to help others with different issues

@gopalhot is a senior and hardworking man on forum from last 5 years , he posted many usefull post in gsmforum so I think he has the capability to be a moderator

and @STBSL also do hard job in this forum and specially in chinese section , and I think he does much better then the present chinese section moderator

now Admin will judge if need moderator in chinese section who may be ... both r appreciated
