By opening a single thread no one become a Moderator,For becoming a moderator u must keep online and help others.Also it should be noted that a real helper doesnot need any status in Forum,he could continue helping w/o being a mod.
So i disagree.

if chinese section need a new moderator admins will think about it adn they will make the best choise about it so plz evry body stop makeing advertise like giveing user ıd 's.
