We want to complain.......................................... .?

OK, so we bought some bread, but it was moldy. so we r going to send a complaint to the company, and it wants to know the Manufacturing Code. where is that?
ok, to everyone who answered BUt christnp, we live an hour from where we got this bread, and the mold was somewhere you couldn't see from the outside, and so you don't want to take bread out of the package at the store, do you? that's gross
 
would the company give you a refund? cuz otherwise, it's pointless to even complain
 
You're wasting ALOT of people's time with this complaint. It's not something that was done intentionally. Just take it back to the store you got it at and they'll give you a new loaf. Inspect it before you leave. You should inspect it always before you leave anyway. Same with eggs. Explain to the manager that you didn't notice it was moldy, and that he may want to get the other loaves off the floor.
 
It may not be the problem of the manufacture.It sounds more like it was in the store to long.You should start there and take it back to where you bought it..
