Call the store where it was purchased & have them pick up the furniture. The store manager is who you need to speak with in person, to make sure you get new furniture or your money refunded.

That should not be happening! call the compony you bought it from, and make them take notice. I have had a red leather sofa for 4 years, and this has never happened, my partner wears white pants all the time and the colour has never come off on her clothes. get it taken back immediately.

This could depend on what type of leather you have but dye should not be crocking to your clothes after this period of time. It could mean that the finish was not very strong and has now broken down which could be caused by excessive dirt or incorrect cleaning products. Leather needs regular cleaning and protecting.

Contact the shop and get them to send a technician out to do a report. If it is finish failure then it could be classed as a manufacturing fault and you would be covered for this.
