...describing property.? Why were we denied for a building permit today? We were told by the lawyer and surveying company that we did not need a minor sub-division on the property due criteria that was meant regarding a law passed in 1975 (not sure on the date) It is in a RC2 zone...there was an old house and well on the property. The old well was filled in, the old house knocked down. We were told this needed to be done to build a new house, and once it was done we could build. It is a 4.655 acre parcel. The old house existed on the same parcel which is why it was knocked down. Can someone please explain why Baltimore County will not give us the building permit?
I did call the county and I just think they have no idea what they are doing to be honest with you. I cannot get a real answer out of them why it cannot be approved.
