ok, so my sisters friend says that one of there friend is pregnant but here's the thing she is 10 yea, 10
1 she is pregnant will she die?
2 she has been abuse by her family and she has been raped by her brother what will happen to them?
3 will she be taken to a frostier home and if not can she go with a family member?

we are panning to tell the school but we just want to have answers
PLEASE HELP!!!

She will be taken in to custody by the state and placed in a home if available. Her family will be arrested and jailed. She may have serious complications if she goes through with the pregnancy. Many at this age are not able to sustain a pregnancy. She may have gotten pregnant but her body is really not prepared physically for it. You don't need to tell the school you need to tell the police or department of children's services. You can do this anonymously if you want.
 
thats horible that little girl needs help call the cops and dont let the basstards leave that is horrible and if a family member wants to fight for custody yea they can help her one that doesnt rape little childeren
 
1- yes there is a VERY high risk of her dying because her body is not even close to being fully developed yet, and NO WHERE near is it ready to deliver a baby.
2- she needs to turn her family in! that's not even something she should have to think about.
3- most people well foster cares try to go after family first but if there will be any contact with the people who abused her then that's when they'll start trying to find other families to take her in.

I would tell the school a.s.a.p because there was a girl who was 10 years old and died because her body couldn't handle it, the baby didn't even servive and she ate healthy and everything. her bodies just not ready yet.
 
Thats awful im so sorry.
no she wont die but you have to contact the school and hospital as soon as possible. The people responsible will be charged with statatory rape and they should, im sorry but people like that cannot be walking around innocently, they deserve what they did.
If her mother is fit to help then she can keep the baby in her mothers care and then have it whens shes of legal age but if not then the baby will be taken into child protection
but whatever happens you Must tell someone (police, teacher, doctor)

I know you dont want to betray your friend but in the long run this is the best thing
