We just got back from the Mazda Dealership...is this a good total price they are asking?

I don't know a lot about cars but I do know that salesmen are extremely good at ripping you off soooo

we were looking at a 2010 mazda3, 2.0 L, power locks and windows etc, automatic
we have a clunker they will give us the 4,500 for

this is the price they gave us:

13,700 + tax, tag etc

Is that a good price or should I keep looking?
