busted through the dash so now we have to replace the dash and we can not find out what to do about the VIN number.Any ideas would be helpful. Oh almost forgot we live in Georgia Cobb county
 
Id contact your local DNV office and they should have a general public info hot line.But basically you can change the vin number by drilling out the old vin number label and switching the two around.Be sure you contact the DNV regarding though.
