...no inmate is raped don't we? Why then if cameras are in all areas that would be out of view befor-the law went into effect, (as the law states)was there no camera in the solitary confinemnt cell of the inmate killed who was accused of killing the police officer? Do We need to watch the watchers In Jails as well as prisons?
